The City of Moorhead Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for the following position at the Hjemkomst Center
 

Lead Building Attendant – Hjemkomst Center ($20.50-$22.50)
Part-time, year-round position is responsible for the various maintenance, landscaping and cleaning tasks at the Hjemkomst Center; including painting, light plumbing, equipment maintenance, floor care, setting up for events and maintaining the grounds by the use of landscaping and snow removal equipment. Hours are Monday – Wednesday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Occasional weekend work for assistance with festivals, boiler checks and snow removal. Some heavy lifting required, up to 50 lbs. Start date March 2nd. Age 18 or older.

The City provides temporary/seasonal employees Earned Sick and Safe Leave (ESST) according to MN Statute 181.9445 to 181.9448. Employees may also be eligible for Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) benefits per eligibility based on MN State Statute Chapter 353.
