The City of Moorhead is accepting applications for seasonal part-time and full-time temporary Golf Course Grounds Worker positions at both the Meadows and Village Green Golf Courses.  

Golf Course Grounds Worker ($16.00-$18.00)

Work outside! Maintain and upkeep tees, fairways and greens at City golf courses. Golf Course Grounds Workers are responsible for providing grounds maintenance labor and varied semi-skilled and skilled work at the golf course. Maintaining and repairing golf course equipment and grounds at City golf courses. Operate tractors, self-propelled mowers, irrigation equipment, trucks and a variety of hand tools. No experience needed, training provided. Weekend work required on a rotating basis. Must have valid driver’s license and be at least 16 years old.
Hours: Monday-Friday, Weekdays with rotating weekends. Done before 11am on  the weekend. Part-time or full-time.

The City provides temporary/seasonal employees Earned Sick and Safe Leave (ESST) according to MN Statute 181.9445 to 181.9448. Employees may also be eligible for Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) benefits per eligibility based on MN State Statute Chapter 353.
